A: Energise Designs creates web sites for clients who are local as well as national and international. By using the Internet, email and the telephone, it is possible to communicate effectively with clients in any location. |
Q: How long will it take to design my website? |
A: This depends on the size of the package you have chosen, how much work will be involved, and our current client design schedule. |
Q: Will I be able to view my website while it is being constructed? |
A: Yes, we will provide links to the pages being constructed so you are able to view the work being carried out. |
Q: How much will my website cost? |
A: This depends on the size of site you would like. We have 5 packages, which can be viewed here. There are no hidden charges with any of our web design packages - the price we display is the price you pay. |
Q: Can I have Multiple Languages on my website? |
A: Yes. We use a translation system which means the user can click a flag for the requested language and all text on the page will translate to the chosen language. |
Q: I have files to add to my site. What do I do? |
A: If you have any files (images, videos, text, graphics, logos etc) that you would like to be added to your website, these can be sent to us via email or if there are a lot of files we can accept these on a disk via the post. |
Q: How do I pay for my website and when do I need to pay? |
A: We accept cheques, credit or debit cards, bank transfers or cash. Prior to starting work on the website we require a deposit of 20% of the cost of the product. The balance (80%) becomes payable when the site goes ‘live’ and you are entirely satisfied with the work carried out. |
Q: Can I change the package I purchase later in the year if I want to expand the website? |
A: Yes, you are free to change packages throughout the year, and we will advise of the cost to upgrade. |
Q: Why are your prices lower than other companies that offer similar products? |
A: Some web design companies will charge a one off fee for designing a website for you, but after this you will have the problem of setting up hosting accounts, email, etc. and they may charge up to £75 per hour for updates and amendments! Our packages include all of these services and more, plus free updates and amendments saving you time and money!!! This helps our clients keep costs down, and also attracts new business for us. |

Q: What happens if I want to change the design or layout of the site throughout the year? |
A: All updates and amendments to the website are included in the price so anytime you would like anything changed simply call or email us to request the changes. |

Q: Will my website appear on the search engines? |
A: Yes, we submit your website to all of the major search engines and monitor the progress of your site in the search engine listings. |
Q: Will my website be ‘search engine friendly’? |
A: Yes, all sites we design are constructed in a search engine friendly manner. All sites now come with a free Google Site Map, which can help your website achieve better results in the search listings. |
Q: Can you advise on advertising on the internet? |
A: Yes, we have a selection of directories some of which are free and some have a fee, where you can list your website to attract new visitors. We can also advise on pay-per-click packages, such as Google AdWords™ |

Q: Can I have email addresses to go with my website? |
A: Yes, we provide secure email accounts which you can login to from anywhere in the world with a simple username and password. You can have as many email addresses as you want at your domain name, ie. admin@yourdomain.com, info@yourdomain.com, or your_name@yourdomain.com etc. |
Q: Can I have email from my website directed to my personal email account? |
Yes, we can divert email from your website to any address you specify. |
Q: Do I have to use the email account to send and receive email from my website? |
A: No, we can supply the details so that you can use Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes etc for sending and receiving email. |

Q: Will I know how many visitors have looked at my website? |
A: Yes, each month we send out your visitor statistics, which provide details of how many visits your site has had, what time of day is most popular, and which days out of the month had the most visits. The statistics also let you know which pages are most popular and which ones are not doing as well as other pages. There is also a breakdown of the different countries where visitors have entered your website from. |

Upgrades & Redesigns |
Q: I have a website already and would like a redesign. Can you do this? |
A: Yes, we can setup a new hosting account for your website and get to work on the new design once we have all the information. We will maintain the existing website until your new site is ready so there will be no loss or service during the redesign period. We will also send links where you can view the work carried out. |

Q: What if I have a tight deadline and need the web site for a specific date? |
A: If you let us know the date you would like the site to be ready for and we will let you know if this is feasible. |
